week 3



This week I will post a video on how to do the exercises they you will be doing to lose weight. Then I still have to do this web page it’s not done yet. It will be maybe done by the  of the week. Then diet you can change it be Friday you can eat whatever you like. Then you will have Sunday off and pick it back up on Monday. You need to do 900 push up by the end of the week. Then 1,000 box jumps and 1,000 sit ups. Then you should have loss about 20 pounds if you do everything right. After that the numbers will go up to push up 1,000, sit ups 1,000, and box jumps 2,000 at the of the week. It is not hard you have to put your mind to it.
