This week my web page should be up and running. I will have videos,
pictures, and the calendar. The week you should have did the box jumps and
pushups for 30 minutes. Don’t forget you still have to eat the right foods. Friday
will be a break for you only workout for 10 minutes. You should have lost about
10 pounds this week. Tell more people if you like the web page. Next week you
have to eat two meals a day with a small snack. If you are not losing you need
to start workout harder. Then eat one meal a day then some snack like apples, bananas,.
If you are skinny you need to eat peautbutter and jelly. It will put protein in your muscles then once
you workout you will have muscles.
