I have made my web page for the work outs and, the eating plan. This will keep you on schedule. This will tell you what to do and how to do it. I will update this every week on Friday. This is a good way to lose weight. This will help to tone your muscle, abs, legs, and triceps. You won’t do it all in one day I will change it up so you won’t do the same thing every day. You can still eat what you wont and I will tell how much to eat. This will not be hard you. You can’t skip any days or you will not lose the weight.

this week i completed my web page. my web page will have videos of me working out, eating habits. this is going to be a good workout to lose weight. i will update it every week on Friday or Monday. so you can see what to do and guide you. the work is going to be easy and fast and you will lose the weight. then you don't have to change what you eat its how much you eat. So you will still eat your favorite food.This is to help you. You have to have a good mind set to lose weight.

week 3
This week I will post a video on how to do the exercises
they you will be doing to lose weight. Then I still have to do this web page it’s
not done yet. It will be maybe done by the of the week. Then diet you can change it be Friday
you can eat whatever you like. Then you will have Sunday off and pick it back
up on Monday. You need to do 900 push up by the end of the week. Then 1,000 box
jumps and 1,000 sit ups. Then you should have loss about 20 pounds if you do everything
right. After that the numbers will go up to push up 1,000, sit ups 1,000, and
box jumps 2,000 at the of the week. It is not hard you have to put your mind to
it.

This week my web page should be up and running. I will have videos,
pictures, and the calendar. The week you should have did the box jumps and
pushups for 30 minutes. Don’t forget you still have to eat the right foods. Friday
will be a break for you only workout for 10 minutes. You should have lost about
10 pounds this week. Tell more people if you like the web page. Next week you
have to eat two meals a day with a small snack. If you are not losing you need
to start workout harder. Then eat one meal a day then some snack like apples, bananas,.
If you are skinny you need to eat peautbutter and jelly. It will put protein in your muscles then once
you workout you will have muscles.

a month. You will lose 20 pounds. It will not be hard you don’t have to use
weights or bands. Then you still have to

you can reward yourself with a treat or something. You will be happy with
yourself at the end of the month.
